The government has announced that from Monday 19th July social distancing requirements and other safety measures in England will be eased. While we are looking forward to life returning to normal, we are also aware of the continuing need to do everything we can to keep visitors and staff safe. For this reason, we have decided to maintain social distancing and other mitigation measures, including asking all visitors to pre-book tickets and wear face coverings while indoors, until further notice.

Please note: The Fashion Museum will be closed on Mondays, with the exception of Bank Holiday Mondays.

The Fashion Museum Bath holds a world-class collection of contemporary and historic dress and is housed in the magnificent Assembly Rooms. Information on admission charges, opening times, how to find us and facilities for families are included here.

The Assembly Rooms may be viewed for free without booking when they are not being used for a private event. Please be aware that admission to the Fashion Museum is not included in the Assembly Rooms visit.

The dressing up area is not available at present. We will update the website once it is available to visitors. We apologise for any disappointment caused.
